MEAL TIMES Full English Breakfast - 8.15 until 9.45 am . Early continental Breakfast by prior arrangement. Dinner - 7.00 pm . Sunday Luncheon (Booking Essential) - 1.00 pm (Very Popular with locals so please book in advance to avoid disappointment.) If you wish to dine later than 7.00pm, it is necessary to reserve a table. Please, therefore notify us as soon as possible preferably at the time of booking.

DRESS CODE: The dress code for the dining room is smart casual.

With regret single occupancy of a twin/double bedded room at high occupancy times is often refused. One night stays may be refused over a weekend. Being a family run hotel we prefer to keep the personal touch, please ring direct to make your Dinner, Bed and Breakfast Booking.

CHILDREN: Children occupying the same room as two adults are charged as follows:1 - 14 years Accommodation £30.00 per night for bed and breakfast. Between the ages of 5 - 14 years £50.00 per night half board. Cot £10.00 per night. Children under the age of 5 are not permitted in the Dining Room at dinner time.  Children's supper served in their bedroom between 5.30 - 6pm at a charge from £9.00 Children ocupying their own room are charged at the full adult tariff.

DOGS: House trained dogs with their own bedding are welcome but must be kept on a lead whilst on the hotel premises. Dogs are not allowed in any of the public rooms, nor left unattended in the bedrooms. A charge of £7.00 per day is made for accommodation only. Any damage would be charged at cost.

CANCELLATION: There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 10:00 local time 2 days before your date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the first night will be charged.

BOOKINGS: All Telephone Bookings are provisional until confirmed in writing or with full credit card details. Telephone bookings made less than forty-eight hours to arrival must be confirmed by credit card at the time.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Guests with any special requirements are requested to make this known at the time of Booking.

SMOKING: Please note that the hotel is completely no-smoking.

 The BAR closes at 11.00 pm. Alcoholic and soft drinks are available to Residents throughout the day until this time.

INSURANCE: We would like to draw your attention to the fact that a confirmed booking, verbal or written, constitutes a binding contract. For your protection and piece of mind, an insurance scheme is advisable.

DEPOSITS are required for Group Bookings and Bank Holiday Bookings.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT: Your room will be available from 2pm on the day of arrival and you are kindly asked to vacate the room by 10.30 am on the day of your departure.

LATE ENTRY: The hotel closes about 11.30 pm, when security alarms are activated. Later entry can be arranged with the management in advance.

JANUARY: Aynsome Manor closes the month of January for maintenance and re-decoration.

PAYMENT As a smaller business we would be grateful if you would consider paying your final account with a debit card. Aynsome Manor has been under the personal supervision of the proprietors, the Varley family since 1981. Every endeavour will be made to ensure that you enjoy your stay at the hotel.

Access Statement for the Aynsome Manor Hotel

The Aynsome Manor is a small family run country house hotel.On arrival to the property there is a gravelled car parking area for fifteen cars on the level. There are no steps leading to the front door. The Porch door is 39cms wide and the front door is 32cms wide.On the ground floor there is the dining room, bar and small lounge area. The dining room and bar door are 33cms wide. The public toilet is ten steps up a cantilever staircase.Bedrooms 1 - 8 are up 18 steps which are 14cms in depth.Bedrooms 9 - 13 on the second floor are up a further 13 steps which are 18cms in depth.Sadly we do not have any ground floor bedrooms or the facility of a lift.Help will always be offered with luggage.All rooms are equipped with direct dial telephone for outside calls, or to the main Reception which has a "night service" cover for emergencies. Telephone numbers for doctors and vet are available in the room folder. The mobile network coverage for this area can be unreliable.Menus can be printed in a larger font. We have a Loop Induction system for hard of hearing and can offer an extra bath support rail. All baths have hand held shower heads and a supply of anti slip mats. We can if required hire a wheelchair.If you require more assistance for evacuation in case of fire, please notify us on arrival and we will ensure you are evacuated safely. e.g. hearing or sight impairment.Dogs are welcome in the hotel except public rooms.With the nature of a 400 Hundred year old building and conservation issues, mean that it is impossible to make the first and second floors fully accessible.We request that anyone wishing to make a booking or enquiry, inform us of any special needs or disabilities that they may have in order for us to meet any personal requirements.Although we have tried to be as accurate and include as much detail as we can in our Access Statement, we are always willing to give information on any aspect of the hotel if this statement does not answer your particular query.
