COVID 19 - Aynsome Manor Hotel

AYNSOME MANOR - COVID READY

We are pleased to let you know that we are reopening on 9th July and have worked hard to open our doors with priority being safety and security of you, our guests and our team.

We have implemented a Risk Assessment following government, uk hospitality and best practice guidelines.

BEFORE YOUR STAY We will confirm your reservation with attached information concerning your safety at Aynsome Manor.

ARRIVAL Arrive at Reception as normal, where you will be guided to your bedroom which has been "deep cleaned". Porterage will not be available unless you have mobility issues and then a team member will help with PPE.

GUEST BEDROOMS Prior to your arrival your room will have had a deep clean and your bedroom key will have been sanitised. During your stay we will confirm with you your preference for servicing of the room. Should your prefer we do not adhere to our daily clean, any amenities you require during your stay will be left outside the room to minimise contact.

CONTACTLESS PAY POLICY We would prefer all accounts settled using a debit or credit card. The PDQ machine will be sanitised after every use or you may give your card details to reception before departure.

BAR/RESTAURANT/LOUNGES All seating areas will be configured to ensure distancing is maintained in line with government guidelines. Tables and Chairs will be sanitised after use. Single use menus with a pre-order for dinner.

PUBLIC AREAS are subject to social distancing. We are fortunate that Aynsome has plenty of lounge areas to give plenty of space to everyone. Sanitisers will be available in all public areas.

ENHANCED CLEANING. Appropriate PPE will be worn by team members relevant to their area of work. Cleaning schedules will be constantly monitored. Corridor doors will remain open during the day and sanitised and closed over night.

OUR STAFF All members will be trained in Covid Protocols prior to reopening and health checks taken daily.

SOCIAL DISTANCING We remind all our guests to follow the simple but effective "distancing" of one metre plus.

Should you have any questions or special points of our Risk assessment please contact us.

Best Wishes, Chris &Andrea
